Associate HR Business Partner
Adair is primarily responsible for recruitment activities within the organization including job posting and placement, interviewing, selection, and communication with our new hires. Additionally she oversees the performance management program and regional employee relations matters.
With 15 plus years of experience in Human Resources, Adair has been a member of the Transwestern team since 2003. While at Transwestern, she spearheaded the creation and implementation of automating the new team member performance management portal, MyGoals. In addition, Adair has a strong background in talent management and has partnered with teams to develop recruitment strategies within the company. She has also helped the HR Department streamlined systems, such as unemployment, which has resulted in decreasing Transwestern’s liability rate while increasing efficiencies.
Prior to joining Transwestern, she worked for a non-profit family services center and a financial services firm in Chicago. While at these firms, she was responsible for recruiting for each organization.
Adair is a board member of All Day Montessori and Past Board Member of Chicago Association of Minority Recruiters. Adair was awarded the Midwest Region’s Legendary Service Award in 2006.
Adair received a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Hastings College, Nebraska.
