Beth provides Human Resources guidance and counsel to the Central, Central Texas, Gulf Coast, Mountain, and Southeast regions.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Beth joined Transwestern in 2004, and has been a Human Resources professional for over 20 years. Her prior experience includes working in human resources for three national retail companies and a privately held high technology consulting firm. She is licensed by the state of Illinois as a professional counselor. Beth stays involved in the community and shares her expertise with others by providing pro-bono Human Resources consulting for Chicago area charitable organizations.
Earlier in her professional career, Beth was a teacher in the Illinois Public School System. She has extensive experience as a trainer and facilitator which greatly adds to her ability to work with team members in her regions to reach solutions and add value.
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS/RECOGNITION
Beth is board-certified as a professional counselor by the American Psychotherapy Association, of which she is also a member. In addition, she is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution and the American Counseling Association.
EDUCATION
Beth is currently completing her dissertation for a doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University. She holds two master’s degrees: an MBA and an MA in Counseling from Roosevelt University. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Northern Illinois University.
