Dan is part of the Minneapolis office brokerage team. He specializes in new business development, agency leasing and tenant representation. Dan prides himself on his hardworking approach, attention to detail and dedication to his clients.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Prior to joining Transwestern, Dan worked with Weis Builders, Inc. where he did tax credit multi-family development and asset management. During his first year with Transwestern, he has assisted in the analysis and valuation of assets totaling $50 million in consideration and over 1 million square feet.

Dan received his B.S. in Real Estate from the University of St. Thomas where he gained experience in Property Management, Appraisal, Real Estate Law, Development, Finance and Investments. Dan also received a B.A. in Finance from St. Thomas.
