Dan joined the Transwestern team in 2009 as a vice president of Investment Services Group where he originates, structures and executes office and industrial investment sales transactions for institutional, corporate and private investors.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
With a 30+ year industry veteran with a proven track record of success, Dan has arranged for development, acquisition and/or dispositions encompassing over 13.5 million square feet with an aggregate value in excess of $1.0 billion. He cites leveraging his sales, leasing and development expertise and the Transwestern national platform as key to the successful execution of investment sales transactions.
Prior to joining Transwestern, Dan spent 20+ years as a vice president of development and investment sales with a Minneapolis-based Welsh Companies a full service regional real estate firm. In this capacity, he was involved in the origination, structure, and placement of institutional investment sales of office, multifamily and industrial space throughout the country.
