David specializes in the leasing and sales of office buildings, with a primary focus in landlord representation in the Orange and Mid-Counties areas.
With over 22 years of commercial real estate experience, David has excellent understanding of both the tenant and landlord mindset, their specific requirements and needs. David has been very successful in representing major landlords such as McDonnell Douglass Realty Corporation, Arden Realty, The Archon Group, The Principal Group, Insignia, ING Clarion and TA Associates. In addition to his landlord representation experience, David has also been very successful in representing tenants, completing assignments with regional and corporate companies such as Pacific Trust Bank, Pizza Hut, Access Insurance, Konica Business Machines, The Los Angeles Times, The Chrysler Corporation, Wells Fargo Bank, Ademco, Goodwill Industries, PNY Electronics, Securitas USA, The Ayn Rand Institute and Jani King.
David has also been involved in numerous asset disposition assignments for companies such as the Archon Group, The Clifford Companies, Government Funding, Farmers Insurance, The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Argus Realty, AMG Realty Partners and Equity Office Properties.
Prior to joining Transwestern, David served as vice president at Grubb & Ellis. During his tenure with the firm, David was named among the Anaheim office’s Top Ten brokers seven times, its Top 20 brokers in Orange County in 2009 and its Top 10 Brokers in Orange County in 2011. David began his career with CB Richard Ellis in 1989 where he worked with industrial, multi-family and office teams, giving him a broad overview and understanding of commercial real estate in the Orange County area.
David received a Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a real estate emphasis from San Diego State University. He is a licensed real estate professional in the state of California.
