Lori specializes in the marketing, leasing and sale of office buildings in the Orange and Mid-Counties areas on behalf of both owners and corporate users.

Lori has been active in commercial real estate for more than 25 years and has a broad range of experience in both tenant and landlord representation. Lori strives to provide her clients with a long-term, service-driven approach to every transaction, equipping her clients with timely and insightful information on the market so that intelligent business decisions can be made.

 

Prior to joining Transwestern, Lori was a member of a top producing leasing team at Grubb & Ellis where she served a 1.4 million square foot portfolio on behalf of clients such as Arden Realty, The Muller Company, ING Clarion and First Bank. In addition to her landlord representation experience, Lori has also been successful in representing tenants with a strong understanding of both landlord and tenant needs that have helped her successfully negotiate mutually beneficial transactions. A select list of her corporate clients include Bradford & Barthel LLP, Jani-King, Ayn Rand Institute, Edward Jones & Company and various small business operators.

 

In 2011 Lori was named among Grubb & Ellis’ Top 15 brokers in the Anaheim Office and among its Top 20 Brokers in 2009.

Lori is an active member of Women on Course.

Lori received her associate of arts degree from Orange Coast College. She is a licensed real estate professional in the state of California.
