Nathan is actively involved in originating and executing investment brokerage and leasing transactions involving office and industrial properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
For over 35 years, Nathan has been engaged in all phases of commercial real estate. He has negotiated hundreds of leases and sales transactions and has completed some of the area’s largest and most creative transactions. Among them are the 2,200-acre land sale to Xerox Corporation for the site now known as Landsdowne; the sale/leaseback of Marriott International’s corporate headquarters; and various transactions that resulted in GSA’s occupying over one million square feet in Silver Spring in four office buildings constructed for the tenant. The total consideration was in excess of $100 million.

Nathan graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in philosophy and from George Washington University Law School. He is licensed to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
