TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Senior Vice President in Transwestern’s Chicago office, Boris represents his clients across the United States and abroad. His background in both finance and economics has enabled him to provide highly customized strategies and solutions on all facets of the transaction, including lease negotiations, valuation and facility acquisition, demographic analysis, and disposition.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Since 2002, Boris has played an instrumental role in the Tenant Advisory group’s delivery of strategic and financial services to a broad range of industries. Boris has worked with a wide variety of clients, including A&E Television Network, TreeHouse Foods, the American Cancer Society, Exelon, Health Care Services Corporation, Logicalis, Constellation Energy, Glanbia, and US Bank.

Boris earned his MBA from the Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science from the University of Missouri.
