As managing director and senior vice president of Tenant Advisory Services in Houston, Brandi solves corporate space needs and designs and executes real estate portfolio strategies. Prior to joining Transwestern, Brandi served as a principal of the Trammell Crow Company, where she was a founding member of the Corporate Advisory Services Platform, then launched Houston’s Corporate Advisory Services Division in March of 2000. In 2003, Brandi closed Vinson & Elkins’ 450,000 square foot headquarters office lease transaction and Fulbright & Jaworski’s 325,000 square foot lease. In 2004, Brandi’s transactions included Amegy Bank’s 175,000 square foot headquarters and Northwestern Mutual Financial Networks’ 30,000 square foot regional headquarters. In 2005 she closed Bank of America for 250,000 square feet and many others. Brandi just completed the renewal of Cooper Industries’ 120,000 square foot headquarter lease. Over the past twelve years, Brandi has completed over 7.5 million square feet of office leasing transactions, representing an aggregate value of over 1.3 billion.
