Caulley specializes in the leasing and sale of flex and industrial properties in the Northern Virginia market.

Caulley has 17 years of real estate experience and has leased and sold in excess of 8.3 million square feet throughout Northern Virginia. Additionally, he has executed more than 1,075 transactions aggregating more than $865 million. He has represented many notable institutional owners, including T. Rowe Price, LaSalle Asset Advisors, Mutual Benefit Life Insurance, TrizecHahn, Riggs National Bank, Equitable Life Assurance Society of America, the State Teacher's Retirement System of Ohio, Bank of Boston, Bank of Baltimore, B.F. Saul and Archon Group.

Caulley is a lifetime member of the Washington Area Commercial Brokers Council's Multimillion Dollar Leasing Club, and was recognized as one of the Top 10 Producers for Northern Virginia in 1995, 1998 through 2003. In 1999 and 2001, Caulley was Transwestern's National Top Producer of the year in total leasing.

A graduate of Washington and Lee University,
Caulley earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in
journalism. After graduating, he served as an
alumni staff associate with the university. In
1996, he received a M.B.A. from Georgetown
University upon completing the International
Executive M.B.A. program.
