Chip directs Transwestern’s Gulf Coast and Mountain Regions which includes Houston, Denver, Salt Lake City and New Orleans operations. In his position, he is responsible for securing and growing all business lines, and creating and managing strategic initiatives. Chip oversees Transwestern’s leasing, property management, investment sales, brokerage services and development projects across the region. For the past several years, Transwestern's Houston office has been voted one of the "Best Places to Work" by the Houston Business Journal. Transwestern Texas has also been recognized by Texas Monthly magazine as a "Best Place to Work" in 2006 and 2007.
Chip has 23 years of commercial real estate experience, and the past 16 years have been with Transwestern. During his tenure with the firm, Chip has directed the Southwest region, opened the Denver office in 1997, and served as executive vice president in the Houston office leasing group. He has also been active in many of the firm’s office and healthcare initiatives. Prior to joining Transwestern, Chip worked in the office services division at Trammell Crow Company in Denver, Colorado.

Chip received the Denver Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award in 2000, and was recognized in 2002 by Commercial Property News in the annual Stars to Watch issue.

Southern Methodist University in Dallas. |
