As senior vice president of Human Resources, Colleen oversees all aspects of Human Resources and Payroll Services for Transwestern.

Colleen joined the company with over 22 years of experience in the Human Resource arena, most of which has been in service oriented industries. Prior to coming to Transwestern, Colleen served as the vice president of Human Resources corporate operations for Equity Residential Properties Trust, where she primarily handled compensation, benefits, and performance management.

In addition, Colleen previously held the position of director, Human Resources for the North American Sales Division of Leica Microsystems. Her responsibilities included employee relations, recruitment at the executive, professional and college level, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, training and development, compensation planning and performance management.

Colleen is an active member of the following organizations:

• Urban Land Institute (ULI)

Colleen received her Bachelor’s degree in sociology/psychology from Lewis University.
