Dave is responsible for all levels of performance in the administration and supervision of property management services in the Western region. Prior to joining Transwestern, Dave was vice president and regional manager for the Voit Company, with direct responsibilities of over six million square feet of property management. He was also vice president and director of operations for CB Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. in the Los Angeles area. In this capacity, he was responsible for the operation and management of over five million square feet of property.

Previously, Dave was with Tishman West Companies and managed a number of the company's most difficult high-rise projects. He was involved in all aspects of real estate accounting, budgeting, contract services, engineering and tenant relations activities.

Dave is an active member of the following organizations:

• Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)
• International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)

Dave received his Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting and economics at Brigham Young
University. He is a Certified Property Manager
(CPM) and a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
