Don is the operations manager and facilitates the development of business and financial strategies in the Mid-Atlantic region. He teams with business unit managers to identify growth opportunities and develops plans to move new ideas from concept to action. His operational management responsibilities are concentrated on the efficient delivery of internal resources. Don has more than 30 years of experience in strategic planning, as director of operations and director of finance of real estate services companies. Prior to joining the firm, Don was a principal in a strategic planning consulting firm. He also served as the executive vice president and chief operating and financial officer for Shannon & Luchs Company, one of the largest residential and commercial real estate services firms in the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area. He served on and chaired the Executive Committee at Shannon and Luchs.

Don is also a trained meeting facilitator using the Compression Planning method of meeting facilitation to help groups of people bring energy and new ideas to business problem solving situations. These planning methods have been used across the nation by Transwestern to build business plans and develop new strategies for winning and executing new business.

Don received his degree in finance from Strayer
College in Washington, D.C. He is a Certified Public
Accountant (CPA) and is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
