Jim directs Transwestern's Southeast region. In his position, he is responsible for securing and growing all business lines, and creating and managing strategic initiatives. Jim is also a member of Transwestern's board of directors.

Jim has 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Transwestern, Jim was employed by Insignia/ESG where he was responsible for the firm's activities in the Southeastern U.S. His responsibilities included the oversight of 93 brokers and a full service real estate platform, which included a leasing and management portfolio of more than 15.7 million
square feet of office, industrial and retail property
located in Atlanta. Previously, Jim held senior level acquisition and asset management positions with
several prominent real estate and financial
management firms.

Jim earned his Bachelor's degree from Auburn
University and his M.B.A. from Georgia
State University.
