Jonathan currently oversees the Tenant Advisory Services for Transwestern's West region, based in Los Angeles. Transwestern is the largest privately held commercial real estate and development company in the United States. Jonathan earned the 2006 Transwestern “Newcomer” award for his contributions to the company in his first year.

Jonathan specializes in representing tenants for all their office and industrial real estate needs. He is an expert in various types of transactions such as leasing, purchasing, sales, renewals, buy-outs, expansions, sale/leasebacks, contractions, terminations and subleasing. Jonathan also performs and/or orchestrates all the different facets that go along with the above transaction types such as financial analysis, project management, property management, board meetings, documentation, market evaluations, tours, property identification, lease negotiations, build-to-suits, restorations, development and strategy consultations. Jonathan is a 20-year, commercial real estate veteran. He launched, managed and operated the profitable downtown Los Angeles office of Trammell Crow Company as a principal. He has consistently ranked among the top real estate professionals in Los Angeles.

Jonathan received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington in finance and marketing.
