As a tenant representation-leasing expert, Keith specializes in leasing, building and land sales focusing on the I-270 Corridor. He also nationally represents Fiserv, Inc., having negotiated more than 500,000 square feet of leases for the data processing firm in more than a dozen cities in the U.S. and Canada. Keith joined Transwestern in 1992 after spending six years with CB Commercial. During his career in commercial real estate, he has leased more than five million square feet of space, representing some of the nation's largest corporations as well as most prominent landlords.

Keith and his team have completed more leasing transactions in Montgomery County than any other commercial real estate broker, including negotiation of over $260 million in lease transactions.

Keith is associated with the Washington Chapter of the National Association of Industrial Office Properties (NAIOP), a member of Washington D.C. Association of Realtors, the Bullis School Alumni Association and the Shady Grove Adventist Hospital Development Foundation. Keith received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from The Citadel.
