Kevin has overall responsibility for Transwestern’s Central Texas region, which includes over 100 team members and a portfolio in excess of 8 million square feet. In this role, he is actively involved in creating and implementing solutions for Transwestern’s clients in Central Texas. He serves on Transwestern’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

During his 18 year career with Transwestern, Kevin has been instrumental in the re-positioning and growth of the firm’s third-party service business in the Southwest. Under his direction the San Antonio operation has grown from 1.8 million to over 4 million square feet. He began his Transwestern career as an office leasing broker and has completed in excess of 280 lease transactions totaling over 1,427,000 square feet and has been instrumental in the success of the Houston high-rise office leasing efforts, completing numerous anchor transactions including the city’s largest lease transaction in 1998 for Houston’s Metropolitan Transit Authority (METRO).

Kevin is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Real Estate Council of San Antonio, where
he serves as an Executive Committee Member and
Former Chairman of the Communications
Committee.

Kevin received his Bachelor of Science degree in advertising from The University of Texas in Austin.
