The Comras Company, 110 Tower’s retail leasing agent, facilitated the lease transaction.


110 Fitness, available to tenants and the public, temporarily occupies the seventh and eighth floors, with plans to relocate to 110 Tower’s newly renovated ground floor lobby in Summer 2012. The current facility comprises of 23,000 square feet of workout space, fitted with cardio machines, strength and free weight equipment, a spinning room, racquetball and squash courts, and his and her locker rooms.

 

All club members have access to the covered parking garage as well as to 110 Tower’s seventh floor lap pool, with stunning views overlooking Downtown Fort Lauderdale. For added convenience, private laundry and towel service are also available. 110 Fitness offers personal training packages and group classes.  Members can choose from existing plans or customize one to suit their needs.
