Transwestern Investment Management today announced that Terry A. Wilson has joined the team as Senior Managing Director, Portfolio Management. For almost 30 years, Terry has worked with domestic and international investors, the last two decades in various senior investment advisory roles serving pension funds via separate accounts and comingled funds.
As an industry veteran, Terry has significant experience working with investors and joint venture partners in the acquisition, management and disposition of geographically diverse portfolios with risk profiles ranging from core to value-add. Prior to joining Transwestern Investment Management, Terry served as a Portfolio Manager and Director of U.S. Retail Investment Management for LaSalle Investment Management.
