(January 26, 2012 – Dallas/Fort Worth) – Transwestern brokers Sarah Everett, Todd Hawpe and Justin Miller have been selected as honorees for Bisnow’s 35 Under 35: Dallas’s Rising Stars of Commercial Real Estate. The "35 Under 35" list honors select men and women under the age of 35 who are helping to shape the future through their business and community involvement. They will be recognized at a special event February 21 in Dallas, hosted by Bisnow.
Sarah Everett is active in many types of commercial brokerage including leasing, sales, and tenant-buyer/ landlord-seller representation for flex, industrial, land and office. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate, she is active in the Fort Worth Commercial Real Estate community and holds degrees in Finance and Spanish from Auburn University.
Fort Worth native Todd Hawpe specializes in real estate solutions for both local and nationally-based industrial users. In 2011 he negotiated over five million dollars in consideration, and when he is not working you can find Todd hunting or coaching little league baseball.
Justin Miller, a senior vice president for Transwestern, is responsible for the marketing and leasing of 1.8 million square feet of office space in six separate projects. Justin’s projects are located in five different submarkets, which give him a broad, in-depth knowledge of the local office market. A Dallas native, Justin and his wife are expecting their third child this March.
