Transwestern’s Dallas Industrial Group today announced it brokered the sale of 650 S. Royal Lane in Coppell, Texas.  650 S. Royal Lane, a 378,000 square foot industrial building built in 1995, is located ten minutes north of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

The buyer, Huntington Industrial Partners LLC, will lease the space to Craftmade International.  Transwestern’s Bill de la Chapelle, John Fulton and Sharon Morrison represented the seller, CM Real Estate, LLC, a Texas limited liability company and wholly-owned subsidiary of Craftmade International.
Craftmade International’s Chief Financial Officer, Brett Burford, said, “Transwestern provided Craftmade with superior market knowledge and resources to successfully complete the sale of its Coppell facility.”
