During the month of December 2011, Transwestern’s Atlanta office was awarded 1.2 million square feet of new leasing and property management assignments throughout the metro area. The new projects are a mix of office and industrial properties and the project owners are both institutional investors and special servicers.
Transwestern’s team of leasing and property management professionals will be overseeing the following assignments:
• Rosemont Realty recruited
Greg Frankum, director of agency leasing,
Matt Spickard, senior vice president, and
Emily Dickerson, leasing associate to exclusively market their portfolio of office buildings totaling 398,369 square feet. The portfolio consists of four properties, three of which are located in the Peachtree Corners submarket at 6625 The Corners Parkway (101,426 square feet), 3585 Engineering Drive (98,092 square feet), and 5707 Peachtree Parkway (100,000 square feet), and the fourth property is located in the North Fulton submarket at 6455 East Johns Crossing (98,851 square feet).
• CWCapital has named Transwestern as the exclusive leasing and management agent for the Johns Creek Corporate Campus located at 11330 Lakefield Drive in the Northeast Atlanta area. The two-building campus, totaling 111,323 square feet, will be exclusively leased and marketed by
Jeff Taylor, vice president, and
Russell Lipscomb, vice president, will oversee the property management.
• C-III Asset Management retained
Russell Lipscomb, vice president, to provide management services for Barrett Office Center, an 88,750-square-foot, two-building office development located at 1255 and 1201 Roberts Boulevard in the Northwest submarket.
• The Carpets of Dalton complex, owned by Helios AMC, is a 590,152-square-foot interstate showroom and warehouse campus located at 3010 North Dug Gap Road in Dalton, Georgia.
Julian Brown, senior vice president, will be leasing the property, and
Russell Lipscomb, senior vice president, will be providing property management services. The team has already secured a 280,342-square-foot lease with anchor tenant Hennon Carpets, LLC.
