Transwestern’s Denver office today announced that it negotiated the sale of Pine Creek Village Center, a two building office complex located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Brad Cohen and Larry Thiel of Transwestern represented the seller in the transaction, LNR Property as Special Servicer for JPMCC 2006-LDP7 Pine Creek Village LLC. The purchaser, an affiliate of Real Capital Solutions, acquired the building for an undisclosed price.
Pine Creek Village Center is a Class “A” mixed-use development in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The development is comprised of three office buildings and retail space totaling 82,800 square feet.
Commenting on the sale, Cohen said, “This sale was an integrated effort between the seller and the whole Transwestern team, including property management, leasing and investment services. After the seller completed updates to the common areas of the property, Karen Clarke and the Transwestern leasing team brought occupancy to over 80% and created value for both the seller and the new buyer. It was a pleasure to work with the buyer, Real Capital Solutions, and we look forward to continuing to work together in the future.”
