Transwestern’s Atlanta office announced today it was awarded the leasing assignment for Rosemont Realty’s office portfolio of four Northeast Atlanta Class “A” buildings totaling 400,000 square feet.
Matt Spickard, senior vice president,
Greg Frankum, director of agency leasing, and
Emily Dickerson, leasing associate, will serve as Transwestern’s exclusive agents for the portfolio.
“We are excited about growing our presence in the Atlanta marketplace, and we believe Transwestern has assembled a strong team to lease our Atlanta portfolio,” said Jim Bendall, Jr., vice president at Rosemont Realty.
Rosemont Realty’s acquisition of the four office properties represents the biggest investment in the Northeast Atlanta office market in several years. The individual properties include:
• 6625 The Corners Parkway is a five-story office building located in the Corners Office Park. At 95% leased, the property has approximately 20,000 square feet of available space;
• 3585 Engineering Drive is a five-story office building located in Technology Park. The building is currently fully occupied;
• Also located in Technology Park, 5707 Peachtree Parkway is a four-story building which is currently fully leased; and
• ENERGY STAR® labeled, 6455 East Johns Crossing is a four-story office building located in Johns Creek. The property currently has 27,000 square feet of available space.
