​For the fourth year in a row, Transwestern’s Phoenix office has been named one of the “Best Places to Work in the Valley” by the Phoenix Business Journal. The honor was announced December 8th at the Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa – with Transwestern ranking in the top 25 in the small-size business category – and published in the December 9th edition.

Among the attributes that helped secure the award for Transwestern are its professional environment that encourages creativity and personal growth, as well as a multitude of highly competitive job benefits. “We are thrilled to be receiving this honor from the Phoenix Business Journal for the fourth consecutive year,” said Transwestern’s West Region President George Garfield. “It is wonderful to be acknowledged again for the core values that we strive to achieve every day. The “Best Places to Work” list, started in 2003, recognizes Valley firms who – through a third-party-administered employee-satisfaction survey – rank their companies according to workplace environment, leadership direction, culture and management practices. Quantum Research compiled the statistics for the companies that participated.
