Transwestern’s Houston headquarters today announced that it has been awarded the leasing assignment for 17320 Red Oak Drive, a 40,000 square foot, two-story office building located near FM 1960 and Interstate 45 North. Transwestern’s Michelle Wogan, Dani Allison and Evelyn Ward will represent the landlord, Red Oak MOB, L.P. and will handle the leasing and marketing for the property.
 
The building is located in close proximity to the new Exxon campus, adjacent to Northwest Medical Center. 20,000 square feet of space is immediately available.

Commenting on the assignment, Wogan stated, “We are extremely pleased to be working with the ownership on this assignment. The building is an excellent option for a tenant to own and occupy.”
