Transwestern’s Atlanta office announced that Edward D. Easterlin has joined the firm’s Atlanta Tenant Advisory Services group as a Vice President, where he will specialize in the representation of space users. An Atlanta native with 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Ed was most recently with The Wesley Company.

Easterlin specializes in working with professional services firms, helping them identify and select office space that works best for their current and future needs. Acting as his client’s exclusive real estate advocate, he negotiates lease documents on their behalf and assists with their expansion needs as well as subleases excess space. Over his career, Easterlin has represented many local, national, and international companies with their Atlanta space requirements, with a focus on the following industry segments:

A graduate of The University of Georgia in Athens with a Bachelor of Science degree, Easterlin has deep community roots in his hometown of Atlanta. He is a member of the Buckhead Rotary Club and is very involved with Peachtree Presbyterian Church where he is active in the Men’s Bible Study and Couples Sunday School classes. Easterlin is a life member of the 1% Club, a personal coaching organization, and is also active in the Atlanta Area Boy Scouts where he serves as an adult leader. He serves on the leadership board of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and on the Annual Fund and Major Gifts committees of The Lovett School.
Easterlin is a licensed real estate agent in Georgia and is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
