Transwestern's Denver office today announced with the recently awarded management assignment of Granite Tower, a 31-story, 561,691 square foot Class “A” office tower located at 1099 18th Street, its management portfolio of LEED-EB:O&M assignments has grown to over 3 million square feet. LEED is the USGBC's leading rating system for designing and constructing the world's Greenest, most energy efficient and high performing buildings, with Platinum being the system's highest possible certification.
