Transwestern Senior Vice President Jim Achen, Jr., along with Transwestern Senior Vice President William Zurek, negotiated the new, five-year, $1 million lease of a 11,596 square foot office space for LawLogix Group in Phoenix’s CBIZ Plaza, at 3101 N Central Avenue. The landlord, represented by Achen and Zurek, is The Hearn Company. Representing LawLogix Group was Dave Sampson, associate vice president of GPE Commercial Advisors.

The office will be used by LawLogix Group for software development and sales.
