Transwestern today announced that it has been awarded the leasing assignment for One Main Place in Dallas. Designed by the famed architectural firm of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, One Main Place, located at 1201 Main Street, is a 33-story office tower in the Dallas Central Business District, totaling 1,013,585 square feet of office, telecommunication and retail space. The Transwestern team will be responsible for the office, telecom, and retail leasing of the iconic property. The assignment is the result of a referral from Transwestern’s Northeast region, as part of the firm’s cross-regional referral structure.
“We are thrilled to be working on this outstanding asset in the heart of the CBD and to also be partnering with the RAK Group and are thankful to our Northeast team for the referral business. The strength of RAK Group’s sponsorship and stewardship of One Main Place is a critical component of our pride in this assignment,” said Transwestern principal Fletcher Cordell.
Randy Kohana, CEO of the RAK Group said, “We are excited to be working with Transwestern’s highly experienced office, telecom and retail leasing team in order to successfully execute a new leasing strategy for One Main Place that returns the asset to prominence.”
