Pete provides brokerage and advisory services to his long standing nationally recognized clients and leverages his entrepreneurial knowledge and experience to assist in charting Transwestern's strategic direction and growth. Pete has 30 years experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including consulting, joint venture, leasing (both landlord and tenant advisory experience) and sales transactions. Prior to joining Transwestern, Pete served as managing director in Advantis' Washington, D.C., suburban Maryland and Tyson's Corner offices, where he managed the intra-company business, coordinating production within fourteen offices throughout the Southeast. Previously, Pete acted as president and founding principal of Larson Ball & Gould, Inc.
Before establishing a career in the real estate industry, Pete was a member of the Washington Redskins football team. He is a founding director of Franklin National Bank of Washington, D.C. (now BB&T) and chairman of the Greater Washington Board of Directors. Pete has served on both the international board of GVA North America and the executive committee of GVA North America.
