Phil McCarthy is a member of the board of directors of Transwestern and has worked for the firm for 12 years. With his partner, Keith Foery, he manages a team responsible for national corporate services and regional landlord and tenant representation.

Phil has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. He has represented his clients in over $2 billion in sales and leasing transactions. Phil represents Fiserv Inc., a Wisconsin-based financial services and technology company with over 180 locations across the U.S.

Other corporate and landlord clients have included: Coventry Healthcare, Danaher, Chase Manhattan Bank, Sodexho, Marriott, Boston Properties, PS Business Parks, JP Morgan, Quadrangle Development, LCOR and Federal Realty Trust.

Phil is actively involved in the following organizations:

Phil received his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Fairfield University.
