A 30-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Robert oversees the delivery of Transwestern's services for the Midwest Region, including Chicago and Detroit.

Prior to his current position as group leader for a national Transwestern portfolio of 90 million square feet, Robert served as senior managing director, Asset Services Group, with Cushman & Wakefield. In that position, he was responsible for a 70 million square foot portfolio in the Midwest and Western U.S. as well as the development of the service line in Asia and Australia.

Previously, Robert was the president and founding partner of Rubicon Property Services, where he asset managed a portfolio of properties for both domestic and overseas clients from Asia, Europe and Canada. He also worked as vice president and regional manager at PM Realty Group for five years and represented the corporate real estate activities of two international banks from 1974 to 1982 in the UK and United States.

Robert received his Bachelor of Science degree in
estate management from Reading University in the United Kingdom.
