Steve specializes in the management of national real estate portfolios for corporate clients, including acquisition and disposition, build-to-suit coordination, consulting and other facility management assignments. Over the years, Steve has gained expertise in the Southwest as well as various markets across the country.

Steve began his career in real estate in 1985 intent on developing long-term client relationships. Today, 21 years later, he is still working with some of his earliest clients-Merrill Lynch & Co., Prudential Insurance Co., Wachovia, Sammons Corporation and Liddell & Sapp LLP to accomplish their real estate goals. Other clients include SABRE, Inc., Compass Bank and J.P. Morgan Chase.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Steve was a founding Partner of NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell and attended Vanderbilt University.
