Tom Nordlinger
President, Mid-Atlantic Region |

Tom is responsible for all operations in the Mid-Atlantic region, including management services, project leasing, corporate services, acquisitions, investment sales, development, and mortgage banking.
Tom has 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He joined Transwestern Carey Winston in 1971 and was named president and CEO of the company in 1985. He served in that capacity until Carey Winston merged with Transwestern in June 1998, at which time he was named President of Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic Region.
Tom is an active member of the following organizations:
- Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA)
- The Greater Washington Association of Realtors
- The Washington Board of Trade
- Treatment and Learning Centers of Maryland, Board of Directors
Tom earned his Bachelor of Science degree in real estate from American University in Washington, D.C. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. |
