TrendLines® is an annual industry event, begun in 1997, sponsored by Transwestern and was created by our research partner, Delta Associates. This event, presented in Washington, Houston, Chicago, Dallas and Los Angeles provides insights into these regional economies and commercial real estate markets. Each event includes market forecasting that sheds light on pivotal forces that shape investment and development opportunities in the period ahead.
