
110 Tower, the location of Transwestern’s Fort Lauderdale office, was recently recognized with the “LEEDership Award” by the US Green Building Council as the most outstanding LEED Existing Building project of the year. 110 Tower is the only multi-tenant office building in Fort Lauderdale to achieve LEED EB Gold certification. The 30-story building is also ENERGY STAR certified. As a result of the building’s market-leading sustainability initiatives, Fort Lauderdale Mayor John P. "Jack" Seiler declared September 7, 2011 to be “110 Tower Day” in the city.
