Douglas Entrance, the historic office campus located in Coral Gables, was the state’s first office building to achieve LEED Existing Building Silver certification.  

Nationally, Transwestern was selected in 2011 as the ENERGY STAR® Sustained Excellence Partner.  For eight consecutive years, Transwestern has been recognized by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year (2004, 2005) and as a Sustained Excellence Partner (2006 - 2011) for outstanding contribution in reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
